Oh… What a burrito…

Ok… it’s sad when we go to a car/bike/sound show and we can’t say a whole lot about the place but… “remember that burrito?”…not “remember those people?” or “remember that place?”, but remembering a burrito? Well, that’s just sad.

Fayetteville (NC) hosted an event called Autoberfest this year (think it was their first event) and things were pretty decent. I would have preferred (and the general consensus was) that there should have been no fee for general admission. C’mon folks, it’s in an open parking lot (old Sam’s Club). You wind up running off potential vendor customers and also narrow the people that see the hard work that lots of these people have put into what they are showing.

*sigh* anyway while we were there we ate this thing called (translated) a “California Burrito”. My particular burrito had 1/2 pound of shrimp added to it. This thing was about 14″ long and as big around as a Louisville Slugger… and we ate the whole thing. It was very good, but I really should have restrained myself and only ate half of it.
